CONCRETE GRINDING and TRIP HAZARDS
We grind concrete floors or concrete trip hazards. We can grind your floors and add some color to it or just add a sealer to enhance the look. Trip hazards can get pricey if someone falls and gets hurt. We can grind down hazards so that they are no longer a liability. Sometimes uneven or ugly floors need to be leveled out or grinded to prep for tile or wood floors, etc. We can come in and help with your grinding needs.
Waterproofing Balcony and Upper Decks and Walkways
If you have a leaky Balcony or Upper Deck, we can come in and install one of our various Waterproofing Systems (Seal Guard Membrane, Fiberglass Mesh, Fiberglass Sheet, "Rubber"- Membrane, etc) to handle your specific need. Cracked concrete slabs on walkways and balconies can be treated with a coating to stop leaks.
